Brigette Spring

In 2016, Brigette joined the ABA field as an RBT. Brigette has been working in the ABA field since this time, expanding her knowledge and skill base, for over 8 years. She has been a BCBA in the state of Oregon since February of 2020. In September of 2019, Brigette completed her Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in ABA from Capella University, and became a BCaBA.

In 2023, Brigette founded Starlight with the vision to provide the highest-quality care, that prioritized on the needs of the client and the family. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Clinical Director of Starlight. In this role, she oversees all clinical services, business functions, training initiatives, and management procedures. She focuses on ensuring clinical integrity and quality, and builds clinical standards for the organization. Brigette is passionate about the treatment of communicative behavior and increasing functional adaptive skills that will enhanse the quality of life for the client. She also has clinical interest in providing supervision for and collaboration with other BCBAs and leaders in the ABA field, to do her part to increase the overall standard of practice in the community.
