Hailey Eastep

In 2022, after earning a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Washington State University, Hailey began her journey in ABA as an RBT. Motivated by a deep passion for supporting individuals with Autism, Hailey pursued a Master of Science in ABA with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in November 2022. She successfully completed her degree at Capella University in June 2024 and achieved her certification as a BCaBA in July.

Hailey is dedicated to improving communicative behavior and developing functional adaptive skills that positively impact the client’s daily living. Hailey’s passion in ABA focuses on the core principles that make this field truly impactful — compassionate care, individualized strategies, and a commitment to fostering meaningful progress.
